Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights (Consulting Services – Supporting US)
At Deloitte, the Business Advisor team partners with the business leaders of a function or service to craft, execute and drive the delivery of the firm’s Talent strategy. You will play a key role in helping the business drive performance, develop talent and retain key talent. This role will focus primarily on RRWB support, with additional activities related to supporting the Talent life cycle processes in the business. You are expected to work with the business to drive solutions to core business problems from a Talent standpoint.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights (Consulting Services – Supporting US) on the Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for supporting business leaders with talent insights, workforce planning, and talent strategy execution.

Support the annual compensation cycle by inputting and updating data, preparing reports, maintaining trackers, validating data, and coordinating process activities to help ensure timely and accurate completion of compensation planning deliverables.

Support execution of targeted compensation activities, including off-cycle adjustments, Reward Excellence processes, and associated reporting, tracking, coordination, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with the compensation team and business partners to gather inputs and support consistent execution of compensation and talent-related activities, including ad hoc support for talent processes.

Analyze attrition, engagement, survey, and workforce data to identify trends, root causes, and actions that support business priorities.

Evaluate talent programs and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of new initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Develop reports, metrics, and insights to support headcount forecasting, skill planning, and talent decisions across assigned FSS groups.
The team
Our Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations.
As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
-
MBA or equivalent degree
-
6-9 years of experience in human resources, talent advisory, workforce planning, talent analytics, or human resources business partnering
-
Experience analyzing workforce, attrition, engagement, or survey data using reporting or analytics tools

Experience supporting business leaders in a matrixed organization
-
Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, or Deployment stakeholders
Preferred:

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification

Experience supporting performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, or workforce planning activities

Experience creating executive-ready dashboards, reports, or presentations

Experience leading process improvement or cross-functional initiatives

Experience supporting US stakeholders or global teams
