Key Responsibilities
- Catalog & Listing Management: Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, high-quality images, and pricing across our website and multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels daily, coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal product availability, and update active inventory across platforms to prevent stockouts or over-selling.
- Order & Return Tracking: Oversee day-to-day order processing, monitor shipment dispatches, track customer deliveries, and efficiently manage the processing of returns and cancellations.
- Promotions & Campaign Execution: Help plan and execute online promotional events, discount codes, banner updates, and platform-specific keyword optimization (SEO) to boost visibility.
- Data & Performance Reporting: Extract and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, return rates, and customer behavior reports to suggest actionable improvements to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience managing backend operations for retail brands on platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, etc.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using E-commerce marketplace dashboards and CMS platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for handling large product catalogs and inventory data sheets.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce SEO practices and online customer service standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
