- Present the benefits of the institute's courses and services in a persuasive manner.
- Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions within the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into students.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
