Core Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Build, expand, and manage a distributor, dealer, and retailer network across designated regions.
- Target Achievement: Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; monitor the team's performance and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Key Account Management: Establish and nurture direct relationships with major B2B clients, modern trade outlets, and supermarket chains.
- Trade Execution: Ensure the "3As and a V" framework is successfully met: Availability, Acceptability, Affordability, and Visibility across all retail touchpoints.
Qualification and Requirement :
- Minimum 2 -3 year experience in sales and marketing .
- Minimum Graduate in any Stream.
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹26,500.00 per month
