Awish Derma Care Pvt. Ltd. is a leading skin, hair, and aesthetic healthcare clinic providing advanced treatments and surgeries, including dermatology solutions, hair restoration procedures, cosmetic treatments, and other specialised care services. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our patient reach and build strong local connections.
Job Role Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting clinic services, developing local partnerships, and converting potential customers into consultations through effective field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and market activities.
- Promote Awish Derma Care’s skin, hair, and aesthetic treatment services.
- Build relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and potential customers.
- Visit doctors, salons, gyms, corporate offices, and other relevant locations for business development.
- Explain clinic services and guide interested customers towards consultations.
- Follow up with leads and ensure appointment conversions.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales and consultation booking targets.
- Coordinate with the clinic counselling and operations team for smooth patient flow.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, healthcare sales, FMCG sales, or service sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong local market knowledge of Mathura and nearby areas.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Positive attitude with good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
- Healthcare / Hospital / Clinic sales
- Dermatology / Cosmetic / Wellness industry
- Patient counselling or lead conversion
will be preferred.
