Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional, regression, and UAT testing along with experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) validation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Agile methodologies.
The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations and seamless production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications including Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Validate Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Contract, Billing, and Payment lifecycle.
- Test Salesforce CPQ functionalities such as:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Quote Generation
- Validate billing and invoicing processes including tax calculations and revenue tracking.
- Execute Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and support issue resolution.
- Test Service Cloud functionalities including:
- Web-to-Case
- Email-to-Case
- Queues & Assignment Rules
- Escalation Rules & SLA Processes
- Validate Salesforce automation using Flows and Process Builder.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Perform API testing using Postman and basic data validation using SOQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Support release validation, production deployments, and post-production testing.
