We Are Looking for an Experienced Laboratory Operations Leader
We are seeking a competent, responsible, and empathetic professional to oversee the complete operations of a high-volume pathology laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities & Desired Qualities
- End-to-End Laboratory Operations: Take ownership of the entire laboratory workflow in a high-volume diagnostic environment, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely operations.
- Workflow Management: Effectively manage the complete diagnostic process—from sample collection and coordination of sample pickups from associated laboratories, to sample processing, analysis, result preparation, report scrutiny, and timely dispatch of reports.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the laboratory team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to Quality: Possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and quality standards in pathology laboratories, with a keen eye for accuracy, compliance, and patient safety.
- Integrity & Professional Ethics: Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professional ethics in all aspects of laboratory operations.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Be soft-spoken, approachable, and empathetic, with a genuine understanding of the importance of sensitivity and compassion when dealing with patients and their families.
