Remote (India) | Full‑Time | UK Time Zone Support**
The HR Executive will manage recruitment operations, onboarding, background verification, and contract workforce administration for India‑based consultants deployed to UK clients. This is a full‑time remote role aligned to UK working hours, requiring strong communication, process ownership, and the ability to manage multiple HR workflows independently.
Manage end‑to‑end hiringfor IT and non‑IT roles across India.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, referrals.
Conduct HR screening to assess communication, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews with UK hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and weekly hiring dashboards.
Support offer negotiation, issuance, and acceptance management.
Coordinate pre‑joining formalities, document collection, and verification.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, NDAs, SOWs, extensions, and onboarding kits.
Ensure smooth onboarding for consultants deployed to UK client projects.
Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS entries, and compliance documentation.
Initiate and manage BGV checks(employment, education, address, ID).
Liaise with BGV vendors and ensure timely completion of verification reports.
Track BGV status and escalate delays to internal teams or clients.
Ensure compliance with UK client standards and audit requirements.
Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/monthly timesheetsfrom consultants.
Follow up with consultants and client managers for missing or incorrect entries.
Maintain accurate attendance, billable hours, and utilization records.
Prepare timesheet summaries for payroll and invoicing teams.
Coordinate with finance to support invoice preparationbased on approved timesheets.
Validate billing rates, hours, and contract terms before invoicing.
Track invoice submissions, approvals, and payment status.
Maintain invoice logs, contract billing cycles, and renewal schedules.
Support contract workforce lifecycle: onboarding extensions exits.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for UK clients and internal delivery teams.
Provide timely updates on hiring, onboarding, BGV, and consultant status.
Participate in UK‑time client calls, requirement discussions, and weekly reviews.
Ensure SLA adherence, professionalism, and high‑quality communication.
2–5 yearsof experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
Strong experience in contract staffing, onboarding, BGV, timesheet invoicing workflows.
Prior experience supporting UK or international clientsis highly preferred.
Excellent English communicationand stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS/ATS tools.
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working full‑time in UK time zone (BST/GMT).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications are an added advantage.
