Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day store operations, provide good customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and help create a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Receive, stock, label, and arrange merchandise efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items to the Store In-Charge.
- Support billing operations and accurately handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
