We are a child-focused pediatric rehabilitatoin clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will serve as the first point of contact for parents and caregivers, ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and organized experience from inquiry to ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet parents and children warmly and serve as the primary point of contact (in-person, phone, and digital channels)
- Handle inquiries related to services, appointments, assessments, and therapy programs
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate with therapists, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address parent concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Support billing, insurance coordination, or payment follow-ups
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and child data protection standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, patient relations, front-desk, or client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
