Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties. The therapist will work in a multidisciplinary, therapist-led & parent-mediated model, focusing on functional communication and carryover at home and school.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on child’s needs
- Provide therapy for children with:
- Speech delay
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Language delay
- Articulation & phonological disorders
- Social communication difficulties
- Feeding & oral-motor issues (if trained)
- Maintain therapy notes, progress reports, and reassessments
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches
Parent & Team Collaboration
- Actively involve parents in therapy sessions
- Train parents in home programs and carryover strategies
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Special Educators
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings
Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Stay updated with current therapy techniques
- Assist in workshops, parent counseling sessions, and awareness programs if required
Required Qualifications
- BASLP / MASLP
- Valid registration with RCI (India)
- Experience working with children preferred (freshers may apply)

- Ability to work in a parent-inclusive therapy model
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
