Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator – US Operations to manage client and caregiver schedules efficiently. This role involves coordinating shift assignments, updating scheduling software, handling billing and remittances, and ensuring seamless communication with both caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate shift schedules for clients and caregivers.
- Update WellSky dashboard based on calls and chats with clients.
- Assign shifts to caregivers as needed, ensuring proper coverage.
- Communicate changes with clients and caregivers promptly.
- Follow up on pending timesheets, making necessary calls to caregivers.
- Assist in billing, remittances, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the U.S. team for smooth workflow transitions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in scheduling, homecare, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with WellSky or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and manage schedules efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. shift hours.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
