Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative to support property listing acquisition, customer onboarding, and agent onboarding for a real estate technology platform.
This is a field-based role involving regular travel across Coimbatore and direct interaction with property owners, buyers, sellers, agents, and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard property owners and collect property listing details.
- Assist owners with uploading property information, photos, pricing, and other required details.
- Follow up with owners until listings are verified and published.
- Identify and onboard potential buyers and sellers.
- Explain the platform and assist customers with its features.
- Identify and onboard real estate agents and small brokerage firms.
- Explain platform services and assist agents with profile and listing setup.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers, owners, and agents.
- Update meetings, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Fluent Tamil and working English communication.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable with regular field travel across Coimbatore.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and computer skills.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn real estate and property-related concepts.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience or interest in sales, real estate, customer service, or business development.
- Knowledge of Coimbatore localities is an advantage.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives
Additional: Petrol allowance provided
