We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling 4-wheeler vehicles, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth buying experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and generate new leads through calls, references, and field visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 4-wheeler vehicles
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of automobiles (4-wheelers)
- Customer handling and sales skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
- Prior sales experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred
