About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Elevator Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting builders and contractors, promoting elevator solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and property developers.
- Promote passenger, home, hospital, and commercial elevator solutions.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the design team.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Achieve a minimum of 2 elevator sales per month.
- Coordinate with installation and project teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Elevator industry experience preferred).
- Experience in construction, building materials, engineering, real estate, or industrial sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate own leads and develop new business.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
