We are hiring a CRM Executive who can bridge the gap between customer experience and our sales/marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive approach, strong people skills, and a knack for digital & on-ground interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build client relationships (in-store + online)
- Drive sales conversions through offline presence and digital follow-ups
- Generate leads and manage customer databases
- Represent Bonntonn on platforms like LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Handle basic data reporting for CRM metrics
Requirements: Prior experience in CRM, sales, or customer handling , Strong written and verbal communication , LinkedIn-savvy (network building & lead generation is a plus),Passion for gourmet food and customer service
