Greet walk-in clients professionally and build rapport
Understand customer requirements, budget, and occasion
Provide personalized product recommendations
Handle HNI / premium clients with high etiquette
Ensure a luxury buying experience, not just a transaction
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Deep understanding of product specifications (e.g., gold purity, diamonds, certifications,
features)
Explain value proposition, pricing, and uniqueness
Demonstrate products confidently and elegantly
Upsell / cross-sell complementary products
3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
Convert inquiries into actual sales
Meet daily / monthly sales targets
Handle objections related to pricing, competition, or design
Maintain high average ticket size
4. Billing & Documentation
Coordinate with billing team for accurate invoicing
Ensure proper documentation (KYC if required for high-value sales)
Explain payment modes, EMI options, or schemes
5. Inventory Handling & Security
Handle high-value inventory with utmost care
Maintain stock accuracy at counter level
Follow strict SOPs for:
Immediately report discrepancies
6. Store Discipline & Visual Merchandising
Maintain cleanliness and premium display standards
Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines
Keep the counter organized and audit-ready
7. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain client database for repeat business
Follow up with potential customers
Inform clients about new arrivals, offers, events
Build long-term relationships (very important in Mumbai market)
8. Coordination & Teamwork
Work closely with:
o Store manager
o Inventory team
o Security staff
Support during audits, stock checks, and peak sales periods
9. Compliance & Ethics
Follow company policies strictly
Maintain confidentiality of high-value transactions
Avoid any malpractice or unauthorized dealings
10. Handling High-Pressure Situations
Manage rush hours, festive crowd (Diwali, wedding season)
Handle difficult customers calmly
Stay alert to prevent theft/fraud
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
