We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch.
Working Hour: 9.30 AM -6.30 PM
Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Meet with consultation clients, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable treatment plans.
- Support counselors and telecallers in converting enquiries into successful sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
- Train, motivate, and supervise branch employees to maintain high performance.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve monthly revenue and operational targets.
- Maintain discipline, service quality, and smooth branch operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close sales effectively.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
