Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre Technology (B.Sc. OTT / Diploma in OT Technology) from a recognized institution.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an Operation Theatre.
- Experience in assisting various surgical specialties is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operation theatre before each surgical procedure.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment is clean, sterilized, and functioning properly.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Arrange and operate OT equipment as required.
- Maintain sterility and follow infection control protocols throughout the procedure.
- Check and replenish OT supplies and consumables.
- Assist in patient transfer and positioning before and after surgery.
- Handle and transport surgical specimens according to hospital protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment faults promptly.
- Maintain OT records, equipment logs, and inventory.
- Participate in emergency surgeries and on-call duties as assigned.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
