Role & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines used in textile machinery component manufacturing.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor CNC machines to ensure precision in production.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Ensure quality standards by measuring finished parts with gauges and instruments.
- Maintain production logs and report machine performance issues.
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations.
- Ability to handle measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge).
- Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
