We're looking for a detail-oriented *Software Testing Specialist* who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
## Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
* Perform Manual Testing for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
* Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues.
* Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
* Verify bug fixes and perform post-release validation.
* Ensure software meets quality, usability, security, and performance standards.
* Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
* Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
* Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and testing processes.
## Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
* Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Hands-on experience with Manual Testing.
* Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile applications.
* Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
* Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
* Good understanding of SQL for database validation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, etc.).
* Familiarity with AI-powered applications and modern SaaS platforms.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git.
* Experience testing REST APIs.
