Job Title: Google Ads & Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Onsite)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and technical expertise)
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2nd & 4th Saturdays are Half-Day
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking setup.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and bid strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights.
- Good communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.
