Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable French Language Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in the French language, and the ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver French language training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
- Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular evaluations, assignments, and mock tests.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students in preparing for international French language proficiency examinations such as DELF, DALF, and TEF.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in French, Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in French Language (DELF, DALF, TEF, TCF, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written French.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage students from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and learning management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate training or academic coaching.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French.
- Experience preparing students for international French language certification exams.
