- Assist patients in frame selection, lens types, and lens coating options.
- Take PD and fitting measurements with accuracy.
- Explain benefits and pricing of single vision, bifocal, progressive, and anti-glare lenses.
- Generate bills, maintain inventory, and place orders for custom lenses.
- Maintain clean display counters and organized records of deliveries.
- Handle repairs, adjustments, and after-sales support.
- Track monthly targets, patient preferences, and vendor follow-ups.
- Collect Cash after sales and report to Accountant.
- Coordinate with optometrists for clarification of prescription needs.
