Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel students who have already registered with the institution.
- Understand each student's educational background, career goals, and course preferences.
- Explain course details, training structure, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with registered students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels until the admission process is completed.
- Address student queries and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist students with the admission process, including document collection and enrollment formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM or admission tracking system.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve assigned admission targets through effective counseling and consistent follow-up.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure a professional and supportive admission experience.
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding batch schedules, payment procedures, and admission updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
