We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Consultant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial insights and analysis for our travel industry business. Proficiency in XL WEB PRO Billing software, specifically in the context of the travel industry will be essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using XL WEB PRO software , specifically tailored to the needs of the travel industry.
2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
3. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
4. Prepare and process journal entries, including accruals and adjustments, to accurately reflect financial transactions.
5. Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
6. Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices related to the travel industry.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Accounts Consultant in the travel industry.
2. Strong knowledge of XL WEB PRO Billing software, specifically in the context of the travel industry, and proficiency in other accounting tools.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
