Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance, etc.)
- Configure system based on business requirements
- Manage HR data, workflows, and integrations
- Support system enhancements and upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
- Work with HR and IT teams for smooth operations
Required Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- Experience in Employee Central or other SF modules
- Basic understanding of integrations and data management
Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Experience with multiple SF modules
- Exposure to SAP HCM / S/4HANA
