Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of CCTV, VDP, and Smart Door Lock solutions across South India.
* Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
* Acquire key projects and competitor accounts.
* Achieve sales targets (BP & PSI) and ensure timely collections.
* Build relationships with builders, consultants, architects, and enterprise customers.
Requirements:
* 8–12 years of Channel Sales / Project Sales experience in Electronic Security or Smart Home Solutions.
* Experience with brands such as AXIS, Bosch, Honeywell, Hanwha Vision, Hikvision, Vivotek, Yale, OneTouch, etc.
* Strong network in the Chennai and South India market.
* Proven track record in channel development and business growth.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
