Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Assist in acting as the primary liaison between customers and the development team, supporting end-to-end product implementation and support activities.
- Requirement Gathering: Support in eliciting, documenting, and organizing business requirements from customers, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with product capabilities.
- Process Analysis: Help analyze customer business processes to design tailored functional solutions that leverage our product features.
- Documentation: Well versed with all the phases of product requirement documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and potential issues.
- Training: Assist in conducting training sessions for internal teams on new product features & functionalities and provide ongoing support to customers.
- Communication: Develop and manage efficient communication and feedback channels with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Internal Stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and QA teams, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Understanding Product Requirements: Collaborate with the customer to understand the requirements/feedbacks and translate them into detailed specifications for development teams.
Primary Skills:
- Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Balsamiq for process modeling and wireframing.
- Requirement Management: Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello for managing and tracking requirements.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- API and Integration: Understanding of API concepts and integration processes.
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills for understanding business processes and designing functional solutions.
