Role PurposeThe Intelligent Automation Senior Technical Manager for JBS role requires working collaboratively with teams and sponsors to design, execute, and lead teams through transformational change efforts of varying size and complexity — across classic RPA, Gen AI-augmented automation, and Agentic AI. This role will utilize technical, project and change management principles and tools to focus on driving delivery and run support.
What This Job InvolvesLead Delivery and Run support RPA teams
Be a subject matter expert in Automation — primarily RPA technologies, but also other low code/no code technologies, Gen AI-enabled automation, and Agentic AI — from a design/delivery/maintenance perspective
Be accountable for overseeing the development of RPA, Gen AI, and Agentic AI solutions (including building internal capability and/or partnering with a vendor to bring on board best-in-class automation/RPA/agentic build capability) in JBS
Be the technical lead for the Automation Anywhere platform end to end — covering both classic RPA (A360 Control Room, bot development) and Agentic Process Automation (APA), architecting and overseeing solutions built with AI Agent Studio, Automator AI, and universal/cross-system orchestration
Support the identification of the over-arching framework to deliver RPA, Gen AI, and agentic solutions from inception to maintenance and ongoing monitoring of digital worker/agent performance
Work closely with technology to embed a holistic Automation SDLC — extended to cover prompt engineering, agent design, and AI governance — that integrates and operates effectively with technology infrastructure requirements
Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members
Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, documentation and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
Be accountable for delivering agreed internal client benefits
Coach and guide project team members where necessary
Drive a culture of process re-engineering into automation, Gen AI, and agentic solution design
Model and develop robotic process, Gen AI-enabled, and agentic solutions to reduce manual processes and improve employee productivity
Implement best practices to reduce complexity, improve scalability, reusability, security and increase efficiency through standardisation
Own AI agent evaluation and governance practices — assessing agent behavior, tool use, and outcomes at design time and runtime, and testing/simulating workflows against real-world scenarios, exceptions, and edge cases before and after production deployment
Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed whilst establishing the broader capability
Ensure robust governance and regular report out to achieve all defined outcomes within defined timeframe, monitor and report on actual savings achieved from the key projects and validate benefit with visible financial or capacity impact, manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip, interact with the Business teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process
The CandidateThe successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change.
The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
ExperienceExtensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
Previous roles include Technical Delivery responsibility in a global company with similar size to JLL
At least 8+ years of experience which includes RPA, Gen AI, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and programming

Hands-on agentic AI experience: designing, building, and deploying AI agents — goal-driven agent design, multi-agent orchestration, tool/API integration — not just conceptual exposure to Gen AI
Experience with Gen AI tools/tech implementations, including LLM-based prompting, RAG, and enterprise Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI)
Preferred: exposure to AWS Bedrock AgentCore or another managed agentic automation/orchestration platform
Direct experience of major international business transformation projects
Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish

Control room administration knowledge — across both A360 Control Room and APA orchestration/administration
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Experience in handling Change Requests and Incidents, and experience in change management process
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development

Experience with agent evaluation and governance tooling on APA (e.g., AI Evaluations, Process Simulation & Testing, or equivalent) to validate agent behavior before and after go-live
Generic Agentic AI Development (platform-agnostic)
Understanding of agent architectures: single-agent vs. multi-agent, planner-executor patterns, tool/function calling, memory and state management
Ability to judge when a use case needs autonomous, multi-step agent orchestration versus a simpler Gen AI + RPA combination
Awareness of the guardrails agentic solutions need: human-in-the-loop checkpoints, escalation paths, audit trails, and defined boundaries of authority
