Job Description for Telesales Executives
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect and identify the potential customers via phone calls, brief them about our insurance products and reply to the queries to best in interest of company. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customer, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers effectively.
- Sales and Closing: Present insurance solutions to clients, address their inquiries, and guide them through the product purchase process to achieve the sales targets. Brief new customer about benefits of having medical health insurance and present our insurance products best in interest of company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of client information, policy details, and sales activities.
- Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations, including the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Any BPO Telesales exp is considerable
- Languages : English and Hindi mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain all required including complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products at par and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
