Key Responsibilities
- Lead hospital administration and day-to-day operations.
- Drive 30–50% growth in OP and IP patient volumes.
- Develop business growth strategies, corporate health programs, referral networks, and medical tourism.
- Lead digital marketing, branding, and expand outreach, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
- Manage budgets, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
- Ensure NABH/NCISM compliance and high-quality patient care.
- Oversee ERP implementation and performance monitoring.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining ethical and value-based leadership.
