Job Role: Manager – Finance & Corporate Ops
We’re looking for someone who has accounting or financial planning experience, a good understanding of Finance, Financial planning & Budget management, a basic understanding of HR, and is a problem solver. We expect you to communicate and collaborate with management team, our Accounting team, and with our external partners. You’ll work directly with the founding team & from day one.
What You’ll Work On
-Manage Accounts – Invoicing, Manage collections, Manage Vendor Payments.
- Finance, Cash Flow, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting.
-Manage any new Hiring, Onboarding & Exit Formalities when applicable.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate/Post graduate from Accounting or Finance, with 4-6 yrs of experience in Accounting, Finance, with Basic HR operations.
-High ownership mindset—with a focus on outcomes.
-Strong communication and reasoning skills.
-Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action.
-Interested in startups, 1→N building, and solving real user problems.
Nice-to-Haves
- HR experience.
-Experience in Advance Excel, Fasting learning.
