Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships, and student enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably in the education or edtech industry, and the ability to identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student acquisition through school tie-ups, seminars, and offline marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including parents, students, educators, and institutional partners
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategy
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
Track performance metrics and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the education or service sector
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
