Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate (Field Sales) to expand our institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and training organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, strong networking abilities, and confidence in meeting decision-makers to generate business opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities (10 Points)
- Institutional Visits
- Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and educational institutions daily to identify new business opportunities and establish professional relationships.
- Appointment & Meeting Management
- Schedule and conduct meetings with Principals, Directors, Management, Placement Officers, HODs, Training & Placement Cells, and key decision-makers to present the company's offerings.
- Business Presentations
- Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops showcasing the institute's training programs, placement support, certifications, and value proposition.
- Partnership & MOU Development
- Initiate, negotiate, and close Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), academic partnerships, training collaborations, internship programs, and placement tie-ups with educational institutions.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Identify potential institutions, generate qualified leads through field visits and networking, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term partners.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders through regular follow-ups, visits, and continuous engagement to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets by acquiring new institutional partnerships and generating student enrollment opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, educational opportunities, and customer requirements to identify new growth areas and improve sales strategies.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, follow-ups, MOUs, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems while submitting daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Event & Campaign Support
- Coordinate career guidance sessions, campus drives, workshops, education expos, admission campaigns, and promotional events to strengthen institutional relationships and increase student outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development industry is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
