Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
Assist in API testing using Postman.
Verify application functionality across browsers, devices, and platforms.
Support preparation of QA reports and test documentation.
Participate in Agile team meetings and testing discussions.
Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
Learn and contribute to automation testing activities.
Support security and AI testing activities under guidance.
Assist in testing AI/LLM-powered features and validating AI-generated responses.
Learn QA best practices, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC fundamentals.
Understanding of Functional, Smoke, Regression, and UAT testing.
Basic knowledge of defect reporting and bug tracking processes.
Familiarity with API testing concepts.
Basic understanding of Automation Testing.
Exposure to Python, Java, or JavaScript.
