Do you have strong expertise in Microsoft licensing and enjoy helping customers optimize their licensing strategy?
Are you passionate about driving cost efficiency, compliance, and business value while supporting Sales and Presales teams?
Join us as a Microsoft Licensing & Program Specialist. In this role, you'll provide expert licensing guidance, support complex deals, and manage end-to-end program execution to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing programs (CSP, EA, MPSA, SPLA, Open Value) ensuring compliance and optimal usage

Optimize customer licensing through cost analysis, benchmarking, and ROI-driven recommendations

Support enterprise sales and presales teams in structuring and closing complex licensing deals and renewals

Deliver licensing advisory, workshops, and helpdesk support to resolve compliance and commercial queries

Manage Microsoft Partner Center/PSX operations, reporting dashboards, and program tracking activities

Drive pipeline visibility, customer engagement, and execution of licensing programs, campaigns, and business reviews
What we need to see from you:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft licensing programs (CSP, EA, MPSA, SPLA, Open Value), SAM, and commercial licensing management.

Experience in licensing optimization, cost analysis, ROI assessments, and supporting complex sales deal structuring.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, PSX, and other vendor licensing portals.

Proven program management skills, delivering incentive, enablement, funding, and licensing initiatives end-to-end.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Excel, reporting, workshops, and customer engagement.
