We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential members, you will play a crucial role in driving gym membership sales, managing inquiries, and building a community atmosphere. - Lead Management: Call prospective members from provided databases to introduce gym facilities and membership plans.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Tour Scheduling: Convert calls into gym visits by booking appointments for facility tours and trial sessions.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with "warm" leads who haven't signed up yet.
- Database Management: Keep accurate records of all calls, feedback, and member status in our system.
- Customer Service: Assist current members with basic queries regarding their plans or renewals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
