AI Developer – Claude Expert
We are seeking an AI Developer with strong software development skills and expertise in Anthropic Claude to manage and enhance our in-house platform, TradieJet. The ideal candidate will ensure timely AI-powered responses, assist tradies across New Zealand, and continuously improve the application’s performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage AI-powered conversations and ensure prompt, accurate responses to client enquiries.
* Support and assist tradies across New Zealand through the TradieJet platform.
* Monitor customer interactions and take appropriate actions to resolve issues efficiently.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance AI features within the application.
* Build and maintain integrations with Claude APIs and other third-party services.
* Troubleshoot application issues, fix bugs, and implement new features.
* Optimize prompts and AI workflows to improve response quality and user satisfaction.
* Work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements.
* Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Required Skills
* Strong software development experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
* Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude APIs and prompt engineering.
* Experience with REST APIs, backend development, and databases.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written English and customer communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple conversations while ensuring quick response times.
* Experience with AI-powered customer support or SaaS applications is an advantage.
Experience
* 3+ years of software development experience.
* Experience building or managing AI-powered applications.
* Experience supporting customers through chat-based platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
