Brief: As Performance Marketing Lead, you will own Scrubsy’s entire paid advertising function – from Meta to Google to Amazon Sponsored Ads and quick commerce platform advertising. You will directly report to CRO. This is not just an execution role, you will set strategy, own the ROAS of paid media, and build a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full performance marketing budget across all the channels – Meta, Google, marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms
- Define channel-level budget allocation, ROAS targets, and CAC benchmarks in alignment with revenue goals
- Build and maintain channel-wise ROAS dashboards and reports – track and analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics
- Run regular incrementality and A/B tests to validate spend decisions and creative performance
- Build SOPs for campaign setup, reporting cadences, and budget management processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to align campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Lead a team
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirement
- 7 to 10 years of performance marketing experience in a D2C brand
- Deep hands-on experience on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Has led a team
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
Additional Requirement
- Prior experience in a D2C, e-commerce or a startup
- Experience with quick commerce platform advertising
- Experience with Marketing Mix Model (MMM)
