Experience
5–6 years in ELV / Security Systems sales
Job Purpose
To drive business growth by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and closing projects forStructured Cabling, CCTV Surveillance, and Access Control systemsacross commercial, industrial, and institutional segments in Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for:
- Structured Cabling Systems(Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber – SM/MM)
- CCTV Surveillance Systems(IP & Analog)
- Access Control & Attendance Solutions(Biometric, RFID, Door Controllers)
- Generate leads throughfield sales, referrals, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain a strongsales pipelineto achieve revenue targets.
2️⃣Key Account & Relationship Management
- Develop and manage relationships with:
- Corporate clients & IT heads
- Facility managers & security heads
- Builders, architects, consultants, and system integrators
- Ensure repeat business, AMC opportunities, and upselling.
3️⃣Pre-Sales & Solution Coordination
- Conduct initialclient meetings and requirement discussions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales / technical teams for:
- Site surveys
- BOQs and drawings
- Technical & commercial proposals
- Position theright solutionbased on customer needs and budgets.
4️⃣Commercials, Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Prepare and review quotations and proposals.
- Lead price negotiations and contract discussions.
- Ensure timelyorder closureswhile maintaining target margins.
- Participate in RFQs, tenders, and enterprise projects.
5️⃣Project & Execution Coordination
- Act as a bridge between customer and internal teams during execution.
- Monitor project milestones and resolve customer escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project handover.
6️⃣Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track competitors, pricing trends, and technology updates.
- Identify new verticals and high-potential segments in Ahmedabad.
- Provide inputs for pricing strategy and sales planning.
7️⃣Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and closures.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:
- Pipeline
- Revenue
- Forecasts
- Report to Sales Head / Management.
Product & Technical Knowledge Required
- Structured Cabling: Copper & Fiber systems
- CCTV: Cameras, NVRs, VMS basics
- Access Control: Biometric, RFID, Door Controllers
- Understanding of site conditions, BOQs, and project workflows
Skills Required
Sales & Leadership
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Account management & strategic selling
- Ability to handle large-value projects
Communication
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Confident in dealing with CXOs, facility heads, and consultants
Qualification
- BE / BTech / Diploma (Electronics / IT) preferred
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
Tools & Requirements
- Willingness for extensivefield sales
- Strong local market knowledge (Ahmedabad & Gujarat)
- Own vehicle preferred
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Email & CRM tools
Compensation (Indicative – Ahmedabad)
- Salary:₹65,000CTC per month
- Incentives:Performance-based (project closures & margin linked)
- Travel Allowance:As per company policy
