The Campus Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the campus, including fee collection, receipt generation, bank reconciliations, petty cash management, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The role involves preparing financial reports, processing invoices, assisting with budgeting and audits, ensuring compliance with statutory and university financial policies, and coordinating with students, parents, banks, and internal departments on finance-related matters. The incumbent should maintain confidentiality, ensure timely documentation, and support the Finance Department in achieving operational efficiency.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent Degree; preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an educational institution. Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles is essential, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹9,237.44 - ₹27,000.00 per month
