Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for IT positions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
- Support offer rollout and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Learn and stay updated on US recruitment practices, visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months or more experience in recruitment (US IT recruitment experience preferred).
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of US visa types and tax terms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
