Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate BCA courses in accordance with the university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, assignments, and examination papers.
- Conduct practical and laboratory sessions for programming and computer applications.
- Mentor students in academics, projects, internships, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through internal assessments and examinations.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them into teaching.
- Participate in curriculum development, research, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).
- Support departmental, examination, NAAC, IQAC, and other institutional activities.
- Organize coding competitions, technical workshops, hackathons, and industry interaction sessions.
Educational Qualification
- Essential:
- MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) / B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) with an excellent academic record.
- Preferred:
- NET Qualified (where applicable, as per UGC/University norms).
- Candidates with a BCA and exceptional academic credentials may also be considered as per institutional requirements.
