About the Company
We are a leading provider of cloud-based ERP solutions, helping businesses in the retail, manufacturing, and service sectors automate their operations and manage finances. We are expanding our internal team and looking for a dedicated professional to handle sales and client onboarding directly from our Calicut office.
Role Overview
This is a strictly in-office role. You will not be required to travel. Your primary focus is to drive growth through phone-based outreach, conduct professional software demonstrations via video calls, and provide initial onboarding support to new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential business clients through cold calling, professional networking, and digital inquiries.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual "walk-throughs" and demos of our ERP platform to showcase features and benefits to decision-makers.
- Seamless Onboarding: Assist new users with the initial setup process, making their transition to our software as easy as possible.
- Inside Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle from the office—from initial interest to negotiating and closing the deal.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages in our system.
- Client Support: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospective clients, answering questions regarding software functionality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam and a good command of English are required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation is preferred. FRESHERS with sales skill and interest.
- Special Note: FRESHERS with excellent communication skills and a quick learning curve are welcome to apply.
- The "Plus" Factor: Since our software manages business finances, a basic knowledge of Accounting or Finance is a major advantage.

- Technically savvy—able to learn software features quickly and explain them to others.
- Strong persuasive skills with a focus on problem-solving for the client.
