Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration. The candidate should be capable of independently leading requirements, integration analysis, testing, documentation, and data migration validation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and integration requirements.
Analyze SuccessFactors–S/4HANA integrations, including Employee Central and organizational data replication.
Assess cross-module data flows across FI/CO, MM, SD, and other relevant S/4HANA modules.
Document current-state and future-state process flows.
Prepare functional specifications, integration design documents, and data-flow documentation.
Develop test strategies, test cases, and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Validate data migration, reconciliation, and data quality between source and target systems.
Identify and proactively manage risks, gaps, dependencies, and integration issues.
Collaborate closely with GIS, HRIS, business, and technical teams.
Prepare and present project updates and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/BSA.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven experience with SuccessFactors–S/4HANA integration.
Strong understanding of SAP cross-module data flows.
Experience in testing, UAT, and data migration validation.
Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently own and drive workstreams.
Experience in large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
