Job Title: Technical Field HR Recruiter (Facility Management)
Responsible for bulk hiring of technical and support staff (electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, MST, Shift Engineers) for various facility management sites, ensuring quick manpower deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit field/blue-collar workforce for multiple sites
- Conduct walk-in drives, field hiring, and vendor coordination
- Ensure fast closure of manpower requirements
- Handle onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate with operations for manpower planning
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring / manpower consultancy / FMS
- Experience hiring blue-collar/technical workforce preferred
- Good communication and field coordination skills
- Willing to travel to sites for hiring
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
