Experienced Siemens Teamcenter consultant with proven ability to lead PLM workstreams and solutioning, including Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration and Active Workspace (AWC) customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM workstreams for implementation and transformation programs.
- Conduct solutioning workshops to define future-state PLM processes and roadmaps.
- Drive Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration, including assessment, data mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
- Design scalable solutions across BOM, change management, workflows, and document management.
- Lead AWC customization (UI configuration, extensions, user experience improvements).
- Provide guidance on integration and migration architecture with CAD, ERP, MES, etc.
- Oversee BMIDE configuration, data model alignment, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.
- Manage risks, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Support UAT, training, hypercare, and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of PLM consulting experience with strong Teamcenter implementation and solution design expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration programs.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and data model.
- Proven expertise in Active Workspace (AWC customization – declarative & extensions).
- Experience in client-facing workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Good understanding of PLM integrations (ERP, CAD, MES).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
