Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across
multiple business functions including eCommerce, Virtual Assistants, Customer Support, IT, and
back-office operations. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management,
and the ability to close positions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
● Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple domains
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring
priorities
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds
● Maintain and update ATS / recruitment trackers
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions
● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Drive offer rollout, negotiation, and closure
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Key Requirements
● 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
● Experience in BPO / eCommerce / IT / Non-IT hiring
● Strong exposure to bulk hiring and fast closures
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in offshore hiring / international client requirements
● Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards

Pay: ₹303,401.41 - ₹512,267.44 per year
