WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: Manjeri , Malappuram
Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: 30000-50000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene & safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock & wastage
- Handle staff attendance, discipline & performance
- Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations & Management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and SOPs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates from the F&B / QSR / Restaurant industry preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
